Garden Building - Office & Annex

An unused outbuilding in a Green Belt location was left unused for many years.

The brief to create two separate areas, an office and a bedroom with ensuite for visiting guests.

The building was transformed on the outside, mirroring the oak, flint and clay bricks of the main dwelling. A traditional build with materials from the local area.

Inside was contrasting, with a modern, clean look and feel with use of glass blocks to help transfer light from the velux windows.
