Knowing how to turn your extension ideas in reality can be daunting.  The process can be divided into three stages.  First, Planning, followed by Building Control and finally Project Management.

1.  Planning

The planning process is complicated and can be one of the more difficult aspects of any project.  Our practice is experienced in all aspects of planning and has an extensive knowledge of planning legislation, policies and procedures.  As a local practice we deal extensively with Buckinghamshire Council.

2.  Building Control

Our practice prepares full detailed CAD (Computer Aided Design) construction plans and specifications for Building Control approval and submits Building Control applications to the Local Authority.   This phase is basically a set of plans to show how your approved Planning designs are actually going to be built in accordance with the latest Building Regulations.

3.  Project Management

Utilising our extensive contacts and knowledge of local construction businesses we can manage the tendering process. This will ensure best value for money and the right builder for your project.
